Why isn't ad spend included in the plan price?
Ad spend goes directly to Facebook (Meta), Google, or TikTok — not to us. We manage the campaigns, but the media budget belongs to you and is charged directly to your card by the platform. This way you have 100% visibility and control over what you're spending on ads.
Our fee covers the strategy, creative, targeting, campaign management, optimization, and reporting — not the ad impressions themselves.
How much ad spend do I actually need?
Before You Decide
No long-term contracts. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel with 30 days notice. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable as it covers the buildout work performed upfront.
The setup fee covers: full CRM buildout and configuration, custom pipeline stages for your workflow, AI automation sequences (SMS, email, voicemail), landing page and funnel design, phone number provisioning and A10 registration, campaign setup (if applicable), CRM training session, and contact migration from your existing system.
Yes. You can start with the $295/mo CRM Only plan and upgrade to a higher tier at any time. The upgrade is prorated and seamless — your data, automations, and pipeline all stay intact. The setup fee difference (if any) is charged at upgrade time.
